CP/MF special on Fox...

Just thought I'd let everyone know there will be a CP/MF special on Fox 8 in Cleveland on Saturday at Noon! I'm a little peaved I can't see it since I live in TX, but my search feature on DirectTV found it. Anyone who watches it, let me know how it was, I'm really curious, but these stupid laws about out of market stations makes it impossible for me to see it =(

20 years since my last visit to the Point...that all comes to an end July 11!!!!!!!

You know, this is a bit off topic, but for anyone it might help, there's a possible way around the "out of market station law" that my husband found out about through the OnSat channel guide.

IF you have a C-band satellite dish (big dish) & IF you were subscribed to those stations prior to, I think, October of 99, you are grandfathered in & can call your satellite provider to get them reinstated. We did, and are once again enjoying all our "out of market" network superstations. (Don't think we ever had FOX Cleveland, though, darn it, but I'll check). Unfortunately, I don't think there are any loopholes for minidish systems like Direct TV, etc.

It's a repeat of the last show, which is just a bunch of old POV. Aside from a little segment with the Mean Streak carpenters, it's not that great of a show.

HATE the fact that central Ohio (where I am stuck) seems to think that no one here would be interested in seeing anything about CP.
I KNOW I would and I am sure I am not the only person!
