Guys, some help please. I need a lot of replies.

Could you convince my parents why Cedar Point is the best place in the world to go for a vacation this summer? List all the reasons you can think of. I need as many replies as possible. Thanks!

CP has Millennium Force, Magnum, Mantis, Raptor, and Gemini, and Mean Streak. Great atmosphere. Good family park. Most rides at one park. They have Power Tower and Demon Drop. Great food. Unlike any other park. #1 Amusment park in the WORLD. It can be rather relaxing. They have a beach you can go swiming on. They have a unique location. Its awsome.

I could give you a million reasons. I'll let the other members go in to all of the details. But let me just say this.....It will be a vacation that you and your family will never forget. There is something magical about CP. Sometimes words can't do it justice. It's the whole experience: The Best Rides, Entertaining Shows, Great Food, Beautiful Scenery and Location, and most importantly for your family........Wonderful Memories. Trust me, I've been going there every year for more than 20 years. No other park in the world can compare to it! Good Luck, I really hope you and your family can experience it for yourselves.

CP is as comfortable as big parks get. Responsible middle and high school age kids can wander on their own without parents worrying. There is enough to do that different tastes can all be accomidated. Multiple day stays are great because the amusement park is big and there is a lot to do. If you stay on The Point you can go to Soak City or hang out at the beach or the pools or get wave runners. Everybody doesn’t have to do the same thing all the time. Sandusky has some interesting areas other than CP. Do your research ahead of time and you will find that there is some interesting history there. The islands can get bad at the height of the season, but they can still be a worthwhile time for a broad range of folks. There is much more, both on and off CP, than you would think. Get all of the info you can and them come visit for several days.

14 coasters, 68 rides, IMAX, Summer Spectacular light show, family environment, something for everyone, great positioning of the park(peninsula) etc. etc. etc.

Just tell your parents that for the majority of the *many* contributors to this forum there is NO OTHER place on earth that we would rather be than Cedar Point. I think that that is really saying something.

Cedar Point is more than the sum of it's parts. Yes, they have great rides, and all the other things that make for a great amusement park. They also have some nice resort hotels and a great beach. But, what makes CP so special, is that there is a certain "magic" that you can't really describe. You'll know what it is when you are there. It's a place on earth where all kinds of good "vibes" just seem to focus. You'll have a great vacation, and make many family memories. And, you'll want to come back again and again.

Everyone has hit on it, but these are some of my reasons: coasters, coasters, coasters! Also lodging in the park, beach front, water park, crab legs at Bay Harbour, pizza at Dominics, drinks at TGIFs, safe & clean family atmosphere, and a couple decades of memories! Unless you hate people, I don't know how you could not have the time of your life at CP. Your parent's won't regret it. It's no Wally World. Good luck!

Theres history in many of the rides as well the beach were knute rockne created the pass for football


Great resorts with pools on the water to relax

Best french fries ever!

Wonderfull beach to swim at and go boating
