Friday had a major park-wide coaster shutdown midafternoon as there was apparently a batch of serious lightning close by. Nothing to do but take in a few shows! My best man Frank, Old Timer Tim and I hit Red Garter and has a few Bud Lights. At $4.75 each for 16 ounces, it's not a great deal, but it didn't appear watered down. By the end of the show (which by the way was VERY good), I KNEW it wasn't watered down.
After a series of long lines, we passed and ended up at Magnum, where they were down as well. The drizzle started again and we hauled back to Lil's. Coors Light there, but given the nice base I already had, it didn't matter.
First time I tied one on at the park (not counting TGI Friday's). With all of the kids around, it almost feels like you did something wrong!

$4.75 for 16 oz. (a tall boy)isn't bad at all. The bar I go to has decent beer(Bass, Sierra Nevada, Gunniess)and I pay $4.25 and leave the change for a tip. Now, the big question is is it Bud Light and anything else? Bring back Molson!! At least they showed human compassion and got rid of Pabst Blue Ribbon and Coors Light- the two greatest reasons for sitting on the toilet the next morning!
