Photos of Screamin' Swings

Does anybody have some photos or a website that shows pics of an up-and-running Screamin' Swing? Thanks!

Not much of anything i don't think.

^ It looks like you only have a seatbelt, but I think that CP's will have OTSR's. I like the sound it makes when the air is released.

If you look in the animation (see below) it apears to have OTSR's.

Nope...our version will only have a lap-bar...No OSTR...which should provide a "free" feeling. I'm looking foward to it, and really, I see this as one of Skyhawk's best features...

Last public train of 2005 on MF!

As far as the restraints go, T&T answered this question in the last Skyhawk-specific blog on the 11th...

Q: Does the Skyhawk have shoulder harnesses?

A: Skyhawk riders will be secured by a seatbelt and lap bar. To answer another common question, there is a floor attached to the seats. Riders' feet will not dangle freely, like on Raptor.

Did anyone notice in the Coaster Image video that the girl in the pink that is zoomed in on towards the end about pukes. To think that this one is smaller than the version Cedar Point and Valleyfair are getting. It looks like it will be a lot of fun!

I thought a lot of people read the blog.

My home park, Thorpe Park has just built one (well new for the 05 season) and it was amazing, I found lots of airtime and was a ride you had to go on again. There are only lapbars and nothing else, so you are very free to move about. I'm hoping the cedar point version will be much better.

What's the nausea factor like? As bad as a giant frisbee, or haven't you been on one?

The first picture shows Valley Fair's seats, structure, and compressor building: http://www.valleyfair.com/news/the_scoop/construction_gallery.cfm

From everyone on the CP&LE, RIP Mayor Scott...~

Personally i didnt find the screaming swing at all nauseating, the huss frisbee was a little worse though as it spins while swinging. Other people may say different things but i prefer the screaming swing alot more than the frisbee just because it doesnt spin and I tended to feel speed much more as you are swinging forward and back.
