Millenium Force down all day 8/16/05

Yesterday mf was down ALL day. There were signs around the park saying it would be closed. Anyone know what happened?

They had to re-level it with jacks out on the island where the overbanks are sinking into the lagoon. They try to do it at night, but didn't have a chance.

A friend called me yesterday from the park and told me that he went on it.

I went on thursday Sept. 1st. It was down all day. Can anyone tell me if it is back up? I might go on Monday.

I have a question. I heard that Millennium Force was down this past weekend 10/1 and 10/2. I've been told that it was roped off and there are some serious footer problems. I do not want to start a new rumor like "MIllennium Force is sinking" but I was also told that Cedar Point was going to keep this quiet. Anyone heard of this?
