It is past El Dorado and right across the way from Shipwreck Falls.

It's under the first Hill

Yes right where they said. But hey it is kinda hard to find.

It's not hard to find at all. Just look for the ride with the beat up Brick wall and you'll find the queue for Big Dipper Right away.
