Will CP join the mass Chaos removals.

It seems this ride is going the way of the circle swing and other rides that are increasingly rare to find. Mabe Cedar Point will have the only one left operating. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I was at Indian Beach is monocello IN last month and their Choas was working. What is the problem with these rides?

Cedar Point has quickly addressed every problem. I know the ride isn't popular internally among the people that have to maintain it, but they do work the problems.

It's also not a popular ride among the employees who have to operate it.

It's a very popular ride among the people who ride it though. I'll be a generic CP fanboy and throw in my OH NOES DEY CAN"T TAKE IT WTF NOO.

Granted, the new system is slower and stuff than before, but it's still fun to ride. Also fun to hop on and waste some time while someone else grabs some food or something like that.

Ugh, that ride makes me utterly sick.

Don't forget: ValleyFair has a Chaos too. When did MiAdv get rid of theirs?

I think Chaos is an excellent thrill ride! And I love it.

Choas is a great ride. I hope they don't take it out.

When CP first built this thing, I said to myself, "This is CP's newest ride for this year?" Man was I disappointed, I thought if I wanted to ride this, I could go to my local carnival and ride and just get as sick..

This is one of only a few rides I don't have any desire to ride. Ever.The kinks seem to be worked out now, when I was there a couple weeks ago everything appeared to be working fine.

I totally love Chaos. It's my "giggle" ride. It never fails to perk up my mood. Do I want it removed? NO!!!!!!!!

Do I expect it to be removed? Yep, if not this year then in the next few. I know it's a maintenance nightmare, and given the history, well...sigh...

Am I the only one who thinks that Chaos is a big liability?

If there would ever happen to be an incident on the Chaos at Cedar Point where someone was hurt, I think that the victims would have a very legitimate law suit on their hands. This model of flat ride seems to be plagued by more incidents that any other.

CP may address every issue that arises at other parks, but sooner or later the ball will land on their number on the roulette wheel, and someone will end up getting a big pay out from it. Was the fact that MiA's failed catastrophically not enough for them to unload these flats onto someone else?

No, you're not. I happen to agree with you on that issue. But that doesn't mean that I want to see Chaos leave the park.

I love Chaos. It is my favorite spinning ride. I have never been to a carnival that features a Chaos so for me CP's Chaos is unique and quite fun.

Yeah, that. Minor cuts and bruises. :P

I would be way to scared to ride this at a carnival or fair. Actually it is a shame that Chaos rides have been having problems. It is a fun ride actually and perfectly named. I wouldn't want to ride it everyday and The time length of the ride was just right for me but it is fun.

They should sell this ride not DD. Just my two cents.
