4 hours at GL on June 9th

I have a trip planned to Ohio from June 6-9. We are hitting CP on the 6th-8th, and decided to get about 4-5 hours in at GL before catching our flight in the early evening. If you had never been to the park, and only had 4 hours, which rides would you put at the top of your list to hit? We're thinking that X-Flight is our number one choice, as we have never been on a flying coaster. Beyond that, what are the top 4-5 rides? Thanks for the input.

June 9th is a Thursday, and unless crowd patterns change drastically this season you shouldn't have any problem hitting all of the coasters at least once in the time you are there. Lines at Geauga Lake are usually short to nonexistent.

Yes I would have to agree. X-flight, Steel Venom, and Dominator will have the "longest" lines. Other than that all the others should be fairly short. I would start with X-flight and just work you way around the circle.

I went with my girlfriend to GL last summer. We rode all the 'big' coasters and some smaller rides all in a matter of 2-3 hours. The park wasn't very crowded when we were there, it was a weekday in August. You should have no problem getting on everything there. The rides are all so close you don't have far to walk like you do at CP.

I'd ride Double Loop just to experience a very smooth Arrow.

The longest lines i've ever experienced there were during physics day and the longest I waited then was 20 minutes for the double loop.

I waited a half hour for both X-Flight and Thunderhawk on Opening Day. One train op had something to do with this though...

I spent 3.5 hours at GL Saturday the 11th and there wasn't much of a croud there. I hit every coaster. This was my first time back since it was owned by SF. I like the changes that CF has made. The park seems cleaner at the very least.
