Okay, I won't belabor the Ohio-vs-Illinois argument, as it will only lead to flaming, Jeff will close the discussion, and nothing will be accomplished.
While I agree the Ohio Turnpike is a lot nicer than the Illinois Tollroad (remembering, of course, the IT goes through a lot more congested areas), the Islands make great getaway places, and traditional Sandusky is probably very much underappreciated by many who visit CP (and, sometimes by those who live there), I caution all about just one thought: Once outside of the Chicago area, don't, DO NOT think that piece of thin bread with tomato sauce and cheese is a pizza. For the best thrill rides, you must come to Ohio---for real pizza, you must come to Chicago!
