Two more months

The excitement is starting to build for another great CP visit.All I ask is for nice weather on the first weekend in May.

I'm going back to CP for the first time since I ws in third grade :) I'm in college now. I simply can't wait to make the trip during the first week of June... :) :) :)

I run a small enthusiast club in London, Ontario, and we're taking a bus load of crazy Canadians down to the Point on opening day!

All you people are so lucky. I wish i could go on opening day, I think that would be awesome. My first trip of the season will probably be the long weekend in May (May 23 for Canadians). Jay, since you are one of the only other Canadians on here besides myself, I hope you and your friends represent us well.

The only reason I can't wait for the season to start is to stop seeing these threads.

MrFroshy seems to be a bit testy. Another symptom of the off season blues. Sigh.

Can't wait until I go this summer. I hope it's not like last July when I went. It was so cold and rainy the I had to buy a sweatshirts and a rain ponchos. My family and I spend most of the day in the arcade and the donut shop. I told my niece that I'll give the weather one more hour to clear up or we'll just go to the Sandusky Mall. Well, all was not lost. About a half an hour later, the rain slowed down and we were able to go out into the park. Had a good time anyway.

6 weeks.....

We have a cabin at Lighthouse Point booked for the weekend of May 13. I'll be there for the Running of the Bulls Friday morning, enjoy the park (and cabin) throughout the day and night, spend a lot of Saturday at the cabin/pool and hit the park on Sunday, before heading home. This has been a successfull plan in the past and I don't see why this year would be any different.

Boy, am I ready.

Ha, yes the running of the bulls. I used to try to bet on the color of the shirt of the first person to get to MF. Who ever I asked always seemed to forget white. It normally has a 75% shot of winning. Another pleasure of being a Cedar Point employee.
