Castaway Bay Spa: great idea!

This is a fantastic move on the part of CP. I've long felt that there aren't really enough things to do other than the Parks for the place to call itself a "resort", but this is certainly a step in the right direction. For example, this helps me think about inviting the grandparents to join us on a trip; both my mom and MIL are non-riders, so this is one other option they can consider during a several-day visit.

Considering the rates for the resorts I'd guess the spa takes a little chuck of your wallet. Is there prices posted anywhere?

But what doesn't cost a chunk of money at CP any more? It's a resort and when people go to resort's usually they don't mind chucking out some cash.

No prices posted that I'm aware of, but the newspaper article says that prices start at $20 for manicures, $40 for pedicures, $45 for massages and $60 for facials. Packages start at $75. Part of the spa package will include use of an indoor pool and hot tub.

Wow. Those are reasonable!

(And, gentlemen, if you have a spouse or significant other, you absolutely should know something about spa prices! Just a little tip from me to you.)
