Leg cramps on Millenium

my name is sean

Does this only happen to me, or does anyone else get bad leg cramps while riding Millenium?

While I fit, I am at the max allowed by the inch belt rule. I also get leg cramps. This subject has been discussed here before but I don't think anyone has come up with the reason for them. I guess there are no doctors in the house. I personally think it has something to do with the lapbar being stapled on me. Putting stress on a muscle, combined with the G forces of the ride. Something like that.

Never experienced that problem before.

The other kid that also experienced this was overweight and he barely fit. But like i said i have experienced this atleast once a year and i am actually underweight.

I've had that happen once or twice, and at 5'4", 130 lbs, I'm hardly oversized for the ride.

I got one once. It wasn't bad though. I think it's because I'm 6' 3" and i tend to push my feet hard on the floor of the train sometimes. I think it's the shape of the foam on the lapbars that causes it.

I do not know why everyone brings up height as a factor, as I am 6'5" and have rode Millennium 850 times in 30 degree weather or colder during HalloWeekends and as hot as 90+ degree weather in the summer and never experienced leg cramps on Millennium Force.

If Tony does not receive them, then they do not exist. He is, after all, King of the big M.F. ;)

Hey my name is sean, this is just a wild guess but maybe you have or had semi-weak leg muscles. I would guess that maybe weak leg muscles could cause cramps.

Or..maybe not. *** Edited 3/7/2005 2:52:07 AM UTC by TTD 120mph***

I've never had leg cramps but a couple times I got off Millennium Force and I hobbled, of course that was because I almost tripped getting out of the car....lol.

I know what you are talking about...I think. When I ride Millennium Force and I go down the first hill, I know my entire body tightens up. It's not anything medical, just the rush of the ride. From there, my legs will sometimes cramp up, but as soon as I relax them I am just fine.
