Need advice on Port Clinton area

hi all!! long time no post!!

ANYhoo, the BF and i are considering going to Port Clinton in May, as we hear the fishing is really good. we would ALSO hitCP, as it would be silly to be basically RIGHT THERE and NOT go!!

but what i am looking for from someone in the area/in the know is this: are there any resorts in the area where we could maybe rent a cabin and fish? we dont want to stay at CP (too expensive for a full week) and we would REALLY like a place more like a fishing cabin....

anyone here have any suggestions or even a website i could check?? havent had any luck searching on my own...os i came to THE source!!

i just wanna get the heck outta dodge when U2 is in Chicago, cos i dont have any tickets for any of the shows. at least if i'm not there i cant spend money on scalper tix....

I hear ya about those tickets. I tried hard to get some, but they sold out way too fast. Anywhoo, wish I could help you about Port Clinton, but my knowlege of it is pretty much limited to knowing where it is and that's it.
