Any news on when Cedar Point will make it's 2005 announcement?

When do they usually announce new attractions for the upcoming year? Will they wait until after Halloweekends? It seems like SFGAd made a rather early announcement. When does CP usually choose to do this?

I thought that a CP official had already hinted that they will be getting a new attraction?

Dont know if it's reliable or not, but some people were saying after Kingda Ka was announced that Cleveland News stations reported Cedar Point had something to announce. I never saw the reports so I cant back that up.

I heard they could be getting a new Intamin Aqua Trax coaster in 2006 on the site of White Water Landing. Actually, I didn't hear it would go to Cedar Point, but at Lotte World Adventure in Seoul, where the Atlantis Adventure was built, I was told a coaster like the Atlantis Adventure would be built in America at a park in Ohio. I was told this in broken english by a few employees who worked in different areas of the park. Either everyone at Lotte World was in on a joke or there is some truth to this. By the way, I am saying that Ohio's Aqua Trax will be built at Cedar Point because PKI already has a coaster coming and all that leaves is CP or GL. I can't see any of Ohio's smaller parks adding an Aqua Trax.
