When to arrive at the park?

My dad and I are going to Cedar Point for the first time on Memorial Day and the following day. I was wondering what time should we arrive at the park to be the first at the gate? Also what time do they start letting people into the parking lot? We are staying at Breakers Express so we can get the early entrance. Does anyone know of a special entrance gate that resort guests go through? Since this is our first trip I guess we have to learn as we go. If anyone can clarify this i would be very appreciative.

Check CP web page by clicking on the schedule for the days you are there and see when the early entry is. Go to the hotel and check in first thing in the mron, they wont let you in the room but they will give you the early entry ticket you need to get in the park. if you want to ride MF first park in the main lot up front, walk down the road to the marina entrance and head to MF. If you want to ride TTD first stay in the left lane when you pay to park, tell them you are going to breakfast at sancastle suites and park by the sandcastle swimming parking lot, go in the gate by Magnum and head to TTD. If you are in no rush or you want Raptor first, park out front and go in and have a donut at the new bakery and head to raptor. go to TTD before the genral public and if it is not running they will give you a hand stamp (freeway)for later. most of all have FUN

I was just wondering what is a good time to get to the park (on a saturday) if you still need to process your season pass. Is the processing center usually crowded? Or does it take only a few minutes to do? Also, where is the season pass processing center place? thanks

The season pass line can be VERY long and well over an hour wait. keep in mind this weekend is a holiday.. If you can do it I would try and get there ahead of time like on Friday to get your pass processed. Otherwise get there as soon as the office opens up and get in line.. Good luck and have fun.
