OK, I don't know if anyone else has seen this, but I have already seen 3. You know how they have those mechanical horses and other rides like that for kids at malls and Walmarts? Well I've seen this arcade ride that has it where you can sit in a seat and watch a screen (I don't know if it moves or anything) and you pick one of 2 coasters to ride. What caught my attention was that they were CP coasters. It had Gemini and I think Blue Streak. I've seen them at two malls and a Walmart here in North Carolina. I was just wondering if anybody else has seen them anywhere else?

Yeah. They have one of those at my local mall. I was in there yesterday with my sister and I said, "I WORK THERE!" It was weird to see it here in Manassas, Virginia but it was cool! And all you do is sit there, I watched a kid "ride" Blue Streak and you just sit there. But it is still pretty cool.

Why would you want to ride the arcade ride when you can ride Manhattan Express.. ohh wait.. point taken.. ;)

(actually.. I like ME alot.. it's an interesting ride.. that and, through connections, I got it included on an episode of CSI. Long story, was dating someone who worked on the show at the time.. )

Nice Rob......

I've seen one at various waterpark hotels I've been to in the arcades. Never seen one that wasn't Blue Streak and Gemini though...

I've never seen an arcade game that has roller coasters on it... I've worked in 2 arcade-type stores, one called "Time Out" owned by Namco Cybertainment, and a place called "Zap Zone Laser Tag".

If anyone has a picture, I'd like to see, just send it to top_thrill_dragster_fan@hotmail.com

thanx a millennium Force! LOL

Someone mentioned the indoor waterpark resorts. I saw one of these at Great Bear Lodge in Sandusky, but one would expect to see it there.

Their are a few of those CP ride simulators out here in Vegas, they have one in the arcade at New York New York, and one down at Buffalo Bills. Also I think they have one in Circus Circus.

My fieancee and I moved out to Vegas last August and being a former CP employee and ride op, the rides here just don't compare to CP, espically the Manhatten experess that sucker hurts!! Nothing will ever take the place of CP that park is AWSOME and is a fun and wonderful place to work.

Dave and Busters in Westlake (west of cleveland 20 mi) had the five (i believe this was the list: bluestreak, meanstreak, mf, maggie, gemini)coaster rollercoaster sim up until last spring and im not sure where it went from there. It moved up and down and side to side to simulate the g-forces but it really was very exciting. but if they do exist in other parts of the country i just hope it inspires some rollercoasteraholic to come and check it out for real. notice that the sim doesnt have any looping coasters....thats cause the car that holds the screen isnt able to simulate that

It used to do Raptor... The one in Westlake did (during the GTTP get-together 2 years ago).

Granted the car didn't go upside down so alot was lost.
