On the CP Place main menu, it says: "Cedar Point gets Y2K compliant with the biggest damn roller coaster ever built!"

Is it still the biggest?

I thought TTDragster and Steel Dragon were bigger.

Maybe the teaser should read: "Cedar Point gets Y2K compliant with the biggest damn roller coaster as of May 2000."

Just wondering, that's all.

Yeah, I agree, the japanese coasters (Steel Dragon 2000, Dodonpa) don't count.
What's with them anyway? Trying to get in on the Great American Coaster Race to build the tallest and fastest in the world. Freaks.

Well then they could say Biggest Coaster in the United States in that case.

Like Iron Dragon was "The Midwest's ONLY inverted Roller Coaster" at one time.

to quote the Paddlewheel op, "And to our left and right is millennium force, in 2000 it was the tallest, steepest, fastest roller coaster in the world. Now, it's just blue."

Just kidding guys, I love the thing!

Actually Jeremy, Iron Dragon was the midwest's only suspended roller coaster. Inverted would be a coaster like Raptor.

Carry on.

I was not aware that it was merely suspended.... I guess that feet dangling thing makes the difference

When riding Paddlewheel Excursions the captian refered to the Iron Dragon as inverted.

Maybe he was talking too fast, or maybe he just never rode it.

One time they stated that Woodstock Express was taller than the Mine Ride.

They either didn't know, or just "oopsed."
