Halloweekends

I know it's still July, but when does the CP website update to include Halloweekends? The only mention I can find of it is under Special Events, and that is only a paragraph.

I dont think the website updates until halloweekends actually starts, but dont hold me to that.

I seem to recall they put up some more information either the last week in august or the first week in September.
