day or night?

Do you prefer riding TTD in the daylight where you can see everything or in the darkness of night. I only rode it at night and believe I would prefer it in the daytime. Dont take me wrong the ride is amazing, but i would have liked to see more.

My first ride was at night and the next day I rode it during the day. As fast as this ride is, you do see some things, but I don't remember seeing much other than the track.

ive ridden at night and day, and i like night better. its neat to look down on a lit up Millennium Force...

my first 2 were at night, the 2nd two were during the day. i'd have to say i like the day better... you get a little better grasp on just how high up you are. but either way, the first couple times you ride it you are not going to know what hit you till its all over.... to be honest it wasnt till the 3rd or the 4th time that i remembered to look around while riding it and see the surroundings. the first couple times you locked in your seat and staring dead forward.... LOL... god i love this ride.

I liked the night ride better, because of the ride being all lit up. It's amazing how many lights they use...they are almost blinding on the way down.

I have only ridden during the day, but can just imagine what a nite-ride is like =D

One thing I noticed when I rode at night is if you look off to your left while cresting, you can see lights for miles and miles and miles.. look quick though, as you're going back down as quickly as you went up

The first time I rode was oppening day. We waited in line from 6:30pm till 10:55pm to ride that beast. I remember at the crest looking down at Millenium Force all lit up. The twist looked like a blur of bright lights with a bunch red and yellow swirrled(sp?) in. I wanna try daytime now.

For those 16 extreme seconds, it was worth the wait....

I rode twice during the day. . .it's cool, especially looking at the sky on the way up, that's about it.

Riding front row at night is amazing. Especially on they way down, the lights are so crazy bright and it makes it very disorienting while you are twisting. It's definately better at night. How cool would it be if they shut off the lights some night? I'd go for that.

Well, I've only had 1 day ride (opening day), and the other 4 have been at night, including my front seat ride. So, until I ride it during the day in the front, I'm going to have to say night.

Speaking of lights on TTD at night, has anyone noticed that the lights are in an arrow formation pointing back the way you are comming down? I thought that was pretty cool. I noticed it my first ride too (one of the only things I remember, lol). I honestly can't say which one I like better, they both go by so fast to think about anything, lol.

My first and only ride so far was at night, and I can say for sure that it was amazing. However, it was hard to get a sense of just how high I was (although I knew that I was way up there since I was looking down at MF). I would like to get a day ride in, and would have if it weren't for the cable snap :( I am going again next week on a weekday, so hopefully the lines won't be quite as long and I can get a cople rides in to make up for the one I missed :)
