Stairs

Hey Jeff maybe you can help me. Ok i was looking at the pictures on cp's web site and it looked like the stairs went pretty far down. Well the question is how far do the go down?

Are you asking how high MF's station is?

If you are talking about the stairs form the lift hill to the bottom,I don't think the stairs go down all of the way. From what I've seen(don't quote me on this, but)it looks like the stairs go down until they reach the little "safety car". If the steps did go all of the way down, I know I wouldn't want to have to walk down them if I were stuck up there.

I will give a hearty AMEN to that :) I bet my legs would be like jelly before I got down the first 50 feet. Then with the sweat palms I probably would have I might SLIP. You know what I mean Vern? :)

The catwalk on the lift begins at the point the arc begins. The straight section of the lift at 45 degrees is the length that the escape vehicle travels. Since the vehicle's floor is level it can't travel on the arc.
