I agree that the French/Freedom business is absurd. Just call the fries CP Fries if you want to change the name.

Oh God, i had those fries for the 1st time last year and they made me sick to my stomach the rest of the day. Safe to say it was the 1st and last time i ever have them again.

Now what you really need to get are those big soft pretzels with ceddar cheese, thats where its at!

Fries with cheese over them are the bomb! The main midway has the best IMO.

Well the French are bad because they put bugging devices in our conference rooms, along with Germans. Kill em all!

I must say, the soft pretzels are extremely delicious as well. Actually, I can't think of anything I've eaten at Cedar Point that wasn't. :)

You obviously have not tried the pizza at CP then. It is the worst pizza I have ever had anywhere.

I think it varies by location. I've had some bad pizza at CP, but I thought the stuff at Frontier Inn was pretty good.

I've had some hamburgers approaching the charcoal stage. Interestingly, the burgers at KBF are worse.

And ya know, I love burgers that approach the charcoal stage.

But last year we pretty much ate our meals at Midway Market. With the JCC discount, it was the best value in the park, offered a wide variety of foods and desserts, and we got to eat in air conditioned comfort.

OldCPer, you and my wife will get along famously. She has similar preferences for the proper stage to which beef should be cooked.

Oh, I don't know, I think the pizza's ok. :) I've definitely had worse, but then again, I'm a poor college student and I think I've had every kind of pizza there is.

The only thing at the point I won't eat is cheese on a stick. To me it sounds more like a heart attack on a stick.

Actually there are only a handfull of things to eat at the point that won't give you a heart-attack. :-)

I fully agree that Cheese on a stick should be renamed heart attack on a stick. Last year, my buddy and I decided to see how many we could eat and 3 was the magic number. We felt a little sick afterwards and I think anymore would have surely killed us. Somehow I feel like I cheated death by surviving that but it was very good. Nothing like melted cheese surrounded by the outer layer of a corn dog. The only place I know of that sells it is the stand right by disaster transport and the space needle. Do they sell it anywhere else in the park? Can't wait for this season to get some fries smothered in cheese and a cheese on a stick. Yes, you are all invited to my funeral.

The also sell it at the Frontier Food Company, next to the train station in Frontier Town.
