On-Ride Photo?

have they planned a spot for on-ride photos yet? If so, does anyone know where it will be?

If its the same place i went to as a kid then it is located in columbus, ohio. At cosi they have all this hands on science stuff. It goes from anywhere from studying animals to physics laws, etc. My sound boring but I actually had a blast everytime i went. Not quite sure what they have to do with or say about cedar point though. Anyone care to share with us?

Wouldn't a camera on the drop be too slow to get aquality picture of something passing at 92mph from 5 to 10 feet away? I would think it would be at a slower area of the ride, but I could be wrong. Digital cameras are not known for their blazing speed.

They should mount a small camera on the front of each row and let the rider choose where they want their picture taken(maybe a button)... I can dream can't I?

The cameras used are essentially video cameras. They should have no problem freezing motion. The bigger challenge, to me, would be firing the strobe at a high enough rate. Face/Off at PKI has cameras at the bottom of the second hill, where I assume the train is going about 50 mph.

It's interesting that all of CP's on-ride photos use one camera at a time (two for the B&M's, one each side). A lot of parks use arrays of cameras.

I would like to have the camera at the bottom of the hill 'cause I'd love to see what I look like coming down that HUGE hill with such a steep, long drop at ~92mph.
