I think the park does very well with these. The costumes are great and the guests really seem to enjoy them. I love it when they dance in front of the coliseum, their version of the Electric Slide was one of the funniest things I have ever seen.

Thank you very much!!!! I was one of those crazy midway monsters as well as a creepy scary screamster!! Hehe!! It was fun!!! Oh yes The electric slide!! I liked to make up my own version!! It was fun!! I miss those days!! I want to be a midway monster again this year!!

I agree they are a lot of fun especailly when the Invisible man takes away the headless horsmens head and then goes and hides behind bigfoot when you try to get it back. Oh good times.

Besides the overall atmosphere, those guys are by far my favorite part of Halloweekends. It would be completely awesome if CP had characters of some kind roaming the park all season. It adds so much character to a park. Anyone else agree?

Its toooooooooooooo hot!!! The Peanuts character almost die daily from heat exhaustion! Trust me I did when I was just escorting!! They had to take me away in the ambulance thingee and everything!!! Its crazy with all the people in Camp Snoopy and most of them are kids and their families! I cant imagine being on the main midway in costume! We would be attacked and we would die!! But it was a nice idea...

They do not almost die.

Yes it's hot.. but time out is limited and if you ever feel the need, you can head into the A/C. I'm sure you're not going to get fired if you had to head in instead of pass out.

Don't over-exagerate the situation. The people who play the characters DO get hot and heat can be a problem but time is limited.

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to get anyone riled. I know it would be completely miserable for the people who had to do it, I don't like being there in regular clothes when it's 90* myself. It would just be really....er... cool. :)
