Landscaping

Does anyone know if there will be any special landscaping around MF? Or should I ask if there will be any considering the lack of near Mantis.

There is landscaping everywhere, and I'm sure MF will be no different. Where are you looking?

I think he means the gravel yard that Mantis runs over. Mantis is basically unlandscaped. MF is in the same area, and on a largely paved area, so he wonders whether MF will be landscaped. It's a valid question.

Both B&M's have gravel or dirt below the areas that run close to the ground, I assume because it's probably inconvenient to cut grass in these areas. Mantis has dirt under most of the second half, since so much of it runs close to the ground.

However, there is the requisite mulch and green grass around those areas and around the entrance and exit. There are also pine trees around the fence line and around the stairs up to the station. In the water areas you'll also find fountains.

The entire MF site is sand and soil at this point in time. They've got a "clean slate" to work with, so they can do whatever they want. I don't see any connection or reason for the adjacent property to have any influence on what they do.

You'r e completely missing the point. Being adjacent to Mantis had nothing to do with the question. I asked about the landscaping near MF. I only refered to Mantis because there was little there.

I know. It could have been a soil condition of somesuch, though, because that area of the park, in particular, has always been vegetation sparse.

You know, the mention of the pine trees combined with sand, grass, and mulch almost makes me think of Shivering Timber's appearance.
