longing for the old frontier lift

Is it just me or does anyone wish the old frontier lift would be brought back. I know there's a lot more under that area now, but it would be kind of cool to have a lift going over that island now with all that's going on in the area now. I suppose it might be difficult to arrange now with MF there. Just waxing nostalgic over this, hate to see the end of that line being used as a restroom.

I loved the Frontier Lift. The terminal in Frontiertown was always a rest room on the lower level, even when the ride was in operation.

That would be nice to bring back the fronteir lift it would make things a tad easier.

I believe so they could put in Iron Dragon

For me, even if they put a lift in, it wouldn't be the frontier lift. The FL used to go through the trees on a very quiet and secluded trip; you were completely removed from the rest of the park. Now, it would be just another sky ride (albeit a useful one.) A new lift would be to the old FL much as PWE cannot hold a candle to Western Cruise.

I agree that it wouldn't be the same. I saw some pics of about 20 years ago or so and the area was so much more green. Completely different now. That feeling would be gone, so I don't think a new one would be as nice. But on a new one it might be cool to pass the coasters in operation from up high, though I don't know where or if they could place it now.
