CP Theme

Does anybody know of a Cedar Point Desktop theme for Microsoft Plus! ???
I would make one myself but I'm one of the laziest people on this planet.

I haven't heard of a CP desktop theme but there is a Desktop..unfortuantly I have it on my old computer, which went up in smoke, and have yet to find the url where I dowloaded it.
