Obviously, the Giant Wheel is there.... but what are the other two attractions on it? That'd give us a much better idea of a time frame.

Well, a little digging thru Virtual Midway's history brings us to a conclusion of circa 1972. Mill Race opened '63, the "River Ride" (I'm assuming what we know today as Paddlewheel Excursions) opened as Ogontz in '62, but the Giant Wheel opened in '72.

Are all these pictures one cup or two cups? If they're all from one cup, then I'd date the cup in the mid to late 70's. This logo, also seen on the cup, wasn't used until around 1977.
