If the air gates are operated on Gemini as they are on Magnum, I doubt there will be any effect on people getting in and out of Gemini fast. As long as the gates are opened a few seconds after the trains stop, then it should be okay.

Gemini's numbers wont decrease at all next year if anything they will increase with the new ride being so close by. Plus i was very angry that they were going to ruin the ability to run 6 trains with airgates, and i was assured that gemini wont be getting airgates this season, she will get hers in 2004. and they will be run like magnums.

the least popular ride almost has to be corkscrew do to its rules and bumpy ride. just my guess though, as well as the reason the mantis numbers are lower is because they run 2 trains instead of 3, which is because it is hard to get people to cooperate with standing properly.

In the first place they are not doing the airgates in 2003, but on the other hand I heard that they are putting them on Meanstreak for 2003

When I went last July, Blue Streak and Corkscrew seem to have no wait time what so ever.

I was under the impression that an Ohio state legislation was passed a few years ago stating that all coasters were required to have gates installed by the 2003 season. Unless CP wants to pay some fines, I'd bet that all the coasters will have them.
