What is the deal with Millennium Forces station?

I wanted to know if the station of Millennium Force is a two way station.

What do you mean by two way staion? The station closest to the last turn is the unloading station, and the station closest to the lift hill is the loading staion.

I would like to pass along that yesterday they were working on the walls and roof on the stations, they are all silver and so far it looks like there will be no windows, hopfully I am wrong. Also perimiter road is back open and driving around it is amazing.

Yeah, I had to go to the park yesterday to take care of some business and Perimeter road was open to drive around.

Also you can drive on parts of the road because of a restaurant(name?) that opened yesterday.

Yes andrew the Bay Harbor Inn is open but when i was there I got stopped by the guard at the guardgate next to the the marina too.
