Millennium Force first than Son Of Beast?

millennium force will be the biggest fastest and tallest,no woodie can surpass that.

When Magnum was built, the tallest wooden coaster was 157'. [Dorney's Hercules]

10 years before Magnum, designers weren't certain they'd be able to pass even 160ft. if you had asked back then, I doubt many would have thought a woodie coudl surpass 200ft. I wouldn't hold a 300ft woodie completely out of the question.

Nothing can or will compare to Millennium Force. There is no way you could compare these two rides!

Of course this is easy to tell without riding both rides. I don't know, the thought of a 200 ft, wooden coaster with a loop puts more fear into me. More of a "Is this really safe?" kinda thing...even though logic tells me that no park would put in a ride that would hurt people. :-)
They will both have equaly great thrills...I mean a 310 ft coaster is quite a thrill, but you can still build a 125 wooden coaster with an almost equal thrill to it.

Both 1st of their kinds for many reasons
CP is quite proud of MF
but things have been moving right along with MF
NO bad publicity
PKI just last year began "improvements" with their park--
they are NO CP
not even close and when they "try" to represent themselves as such as a CP freak tried and true I get so pissed-but do plan on going to CP this year (didnt go last year despite Face Off and DZ)
specifically to ride SOB (& get my coaster fix b4 CP opens)
I am excited about SOB
as excited as I am about MF?
Nope but that is based soley on my love for CP
PKI is trying
give them credir for that
the one thing I dont like however is the fact that they still are saying with SOB they TIE the worlds record for most coasters in the world--
TIE?? They forgot about MF-go figure!
How do I feel about SOB vs MF?
PKI is 1.0 hour from me (can make it in 50 minutes)
CP is 2.5-2.75 hours from me one way
(have never made it in less than 2.5)
I go to PKI maybe 1x/year
I got to CP at least 10x/year
planning on FAR more this year
I rest my case!!

??? more days till SOB (PKI saying it will be done "in late April"

magnum of MF now that is a real question.

Wooden coaster can go over 300 ft. The problem with Son of Beast is the WOODEN supports. So some one can build a wooden coaster 300 ft or higher by using STEEL supports to hold the coaster up.

I think the two coaster wiil be good. The SOB, will be the wooden coaster of the year and Millenium too of the steel coaster. I hope i travel to USA to go to the Cedar point. Perhaps the next year. But it´s so far...

I´m from Vitoria, Spain. I wan´t to go to USA to visit the Cedar Point. In my country, there isn´t any good rollercoaster. Dragon Khan with 8 loopings is the best

You've got Dragon Kahn... I can't imagine that's not a good coaster (especially to all of the inversion-crazy people here).
