Man, come March and April...you're going to be a wreck! :)

I've found that getting coaster videos alleviates some of that withdrawal, and gives you a little fix.

lol Yea, CP_Bound....watching POV vids and playing games like Hyper Rails, Takes away some of those withdrawals. Also looking at pictures from the past season helps me out alot.

I have those vids, but living minutes from Timbers and hours from CP and MONTHS FROM RIDING just plain sucks.

Move to SoCal if you want an ample amount of coasters all year. Florida has a few, but with SFMM adding a new coaster[s] every year, the number grows every year.

I'm feelin' just like you are MrScott. I think I'm going to have to take a few days in January or February and fly to Florida. I'm absolutely fiending here, seriously.

I put up a bunch of Cedar Point pictures on a wall... they're the last thing I see when I go to sleep, and the first when I wake up. Heck, my away message on AIM when I sleep says, "Hopefully I'm dreaming about Cedar Point... 6 months left." So if you can, make some room on that boat for me. ;)

Think of it this way... it's kind of like electricity, or broadband internet access... you don't miss it until it's gone. While it's working, you think nothing of it and use it as if it were a regular thing. I look at Cedar Point in the same way. If the park were always open, then I probably would not appreciate it as much. I could go whenever I wanted, and it would just become a casual event. Sure, it would still be fun, but maybe not as appreciated like it is now.

It even brought fun to closing weekend. Knowing that would be the last time until next May, I made darn sure to ride as much as I could, even with the rain on Friday (the only day I could be down there). When May comes around, and I have all the energy built up from over the winter, and I have to, have to, have to go to Cedar Point... while I kind of hate the torture now, it's more fun come opening day.

When I actually have time to let my head stop spinning from the constant crush of school and two jobs, I feel it too. The offseason sucks, but for now I've got a lot to keep me distracted. I don't even get much of a chance to get on here anymore. When I do, it's usually late at night, or in my 2nd period newspaper class where we don't do anything anyways.

But just remember, only 168 more days, assuming they open May 4th.

I hear Florida has a few good coasters. But I am doubting it.... :)

We have bright sunshine again today, here in West Michigan.

If there wasn't an inch of frost on my windshield, I'd be headed for a Coaster...prolly Timbers...

I got it bad.

I'd like to see you get one of ST's trains to the lift hill. :)

Even if you somehow managed to get it to the lift hill, and somehow got the chain to move, the train would probably get stuck going down the first drop.

I have the pictures on my wall, the pictures on this site, of course you guys!!..and I have my 4 hour or so video tape of coasters. I taped it last year when it was on the Discovery channel, and yes for the past week I have been watching it EVERY single night.

Does anyone know where I can find more coaster videos like this? I wouldn't say that I am getting tired of this one..but I would like to see something new.

And yes Jeff, have fun! But I would rather want to go to Valencia (sp?) California!! Two coaster parks open all year..now that's an enthusiasts heaven. :)

Hey and did anyone ever visit Jackson, NJ and ride that Nitro? I would definately make a trip of it just to ride that coaster. I never have...and it looks like it would be a lot of fun! Keep on dreaming jesz..keep on dreaming.

CP is the best!! I will never stop loving it. You gotta, you wanna, you have to hold on Cedar Point HOLD ON!!! :) :) :)

Jeff is in Orlando for IAAPA, that in itself is enough reason to go down there... the coasters are just a bonus!
