Midway Traffic

Latest I have heard is that Intamin didn't plan in advance where the lines will go. So, I guess it's causing a minor problem right now. And also a date of November 1st was mentioned as an announcement date, but possibly sooner with the burst of construction.

My guess would be is that Intamin designs RIDES... not PARKS. I seriously doubt that Intamin has anything to do with the ride regarding where the queue lines and midways will be. That's what CP's P&D department is for.

The line is going to go out the station, through the queue, to the midway next to the coaster, and probably go towards power tower on the midway. Making for a 3-4 hour wait. :)

I was wondering, since every one is saying this thing is going to be launch up down and back, why are they starting so early? But you do bring up a good point. (one which I had thought about while at the park today starring up at that huge yellow structure, wondering how the midway would work around that?)

Well, I was told that they did have something to do with queue lines, that's all I'm saying.

Intamin doesn't have jack to do with where the queue is put. And if you think they build rides without figuring out every detail in advance, you're insane. This isn't Six Flags you know.

I don't think I'm MagnumMan, and it's really not something to get worked up about and be proud of.

The entrance to the queue will be through the middle of the top hat, I wish.

That would be a great idea, crash! But considering how far away the top hat and station would be, it would be doubtful we'll see that.

I think it would be cool if the station was near the top hat, launching towards Iron Dragon and doing a turn half-way through the launch, so it heads back to the tophat. It would be a pretty intense launch in my opinion.

I think the g's would be a bit to intense with a turn at 120 mph, and our friendly CP sweeps might have a bit more to their job on the midways

True, do they still have the tent theme going? Whats even more funny is in Chip Woods interview with the one GM on RL.com a while back, he said something to the extent that SFWoA recieved X-flight and had no absoloute idea where they were going to put it. There were 3 possible locations and they ended up putting it in the parking lot.
