Here's some construction video I found on youtube.

Thanks but that's from the summer. I'm sure the vast majority of us here have already seen that much, if not more.

I figured much the same. I actually came across the video when I was searching for a profile of my cousin. I never expected the video to show up with the keywords I was using.

Very nice video, I enjoyed watching that.

Wow, I never really realized how close the track came to the train.

And thats after they moved the train tracks too... right?

Somebody needs to make another countdown video and put it on Youtube. I liked the other ones but they were to short.

I feel the same way. I'd never second guess Cedar Points decisions regarding construction, but the entire area where the Maverick was built seems cramped for space? I dunno, maybe its me. We'll see on opening day :)

They are either testing or getting ready to start testing with the dummies.

I'm jumping to the conclusion that those are videos the park is not going to be thrilled about seeing on YouTube. Unless I hear otherwise, let's not link to them from here.

Why would they be upset about a video taken last summer from the train?

My fault, sorry about that. Let me clarify.

The link to the video in the first post of the thread is fine. However, someone found a couple of new videos and posted links later in the thread. They were taken by a sub-contractor who was doing glass work on the ride. Those are the two videos I'm referring to.

I edited the post to remove the links, after which he apparently deleted his post.
