Crow: Mike can I have a car like that?
Mike: You can't drive.
Crow: I can drive, I'm an excellent driver; I'm not wearing my underwear.

I rode the front seat and was amazed by the airtime I got. If I remember correctly, I was off the seat during the whole top hat run. It was really great. This is not to mention the visual impact of riding on the front seat, which I always prefer on almost any ride.
The only thing is that I rode it at night, which is usually a different experience than riding during the day. I hope I can go again, maybe next year, so I can ride it during the day... most likely on the front seat... :)

I rode twice yesterday evening. Once in the first seat and once in the last seat. Opening day I rode in the third seat. Being a firm believer that near the end of the train are the best seats on a coaster, I have to say that for Dragster the FRONT is definately the place to be. This is not your normal coaster ride. The extra airtime over the top is not that much greater when you are in the back. The difference is in the launch. Sure, the acceleration is the same in each seat, but when you are in the front, very little speed bleeds off before you feel the g's from the pull-up. The increase in g's by far offsets the speed lose. You don't even realize the train is slowing. When you are in the back, you feel a little decelaration before you get to the pull-up and I felt it was a bit disconcerting.
