You might be a CP freak if........

You wish you could get passing traffic to Gemini hand smack
You recognize every house, cow, horse and field on the way to CP and back
When you stop to eat at Hardees they know your 1st name and what you order
Your co-workers know the Banshee/Mantis saga-even if they really didn't want to
You don't mind people thinking your first name is really Raptor
Drive thru lines are never long, they are "stacked"
Instead of a person being small, medium or large they are:
too short to ride, ok to ride and no Raptor for you
You know exactly who Millie and Maggie are
You have lap bars in your vehicle
You advise passengers to secure all loose articles
Your clothes closet looks like a rack from one of the souvenior shops
When driving you purposely go over big hills fast to create your own "airtime" (4x4's are GREAT for this! :))
You go through CP DT's November till April every year
You've eaten so many muffleheads you actually have acquired a taste for them and can't wait til June
The answer to the question "what's your point?" is ALWAYS "Cedar Point!!!" :)

Model coasters and rides
I think they are starting to recognize me at the burger king on the 80-90 plaza..

Okay, maybe not

I fool so feelish...

I know that my daughter is headed in the same direction as me. Every time we get in the car with some people she doesn't know it's "There is no eating, drinking or smoking while riding in my dads car". And when we are to our destination it is "Thanks for riding with us in my dad's car and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point...America's Rockin' Roller Coast".

I think it is funny when I live 3 1/2 hours away and have been there 17 times this year. Every time I go it is with a different group of friends. I know which ride ops are the fun ones and how to work the plan to get the most out of the day.

You're right on with that, LuvRaptor, and I can add one of my favorites...

You can tell which rides will be operating by looking at the weather out your windows.

I've done this, and the driving over hills to create airtime one! Pretty pathetic, but fun nonetheless.

Too funny! We've done this too and we even all put our hands up in the air when we do it (even me when I'm driving!!!)! :)

My favorite thing to do when driving along at 72 mph on the way to CP (especially when it's like 38 degrees out on closing weekend) is have everyone roll their windows down for Magnum weather checks! I haven't gotten it up to 93 yet for the MF weather check!

Oh, maybe when you make a CP trip to see if Raptor's crack is still on the drop....and can confirm that it is still there.

Or you are lucky enough to be graced with the presence of Mr. Skyward with a ride on Raptor, thus purchasing the onride photo. *cough, who the heck would do that, cough*

This second hill is my favorite part of the ride. It is so Cool!

I've been guilty of this.... it's sad...

...if before you leave your driveway, you say "Ready ready", "Clear", and drive away with your thumb up out the window.

Also, if you suddenly stop the car, and say "Re-check all restraints."

At work my job sometimes is to get larger items for guest who drive around to the back door to pick them up. Then I help load them in their cars. Sometimes when it's busy they can come every 2 minutes, So I run to get the item just so I don't stack cars. :)

When I am loading and see another car approaching sometimes I give myself a "ready" even. When the car is loaded I give them the "clear" and watch the other car roll right up. On the other hand I can be lazy, not run or hurry to load anything, and just pretend I am working at Six Flags ;).

you do a ride spiel when you load your kid into his swing and then thank him and tell him to enjoy the rest of his day at Cedar Point when you take him out.

Hey, it is never to early to start training a little one to be a CP fan :)

CedarPoint needs to make a bumper sticker that states, "Please keep hands and harms inside the car at all times!" or "Please secure all loose items as Cedar Point cannot and will not be held accountable for missing belongings!"

Hey, we haven't heard much about Mr. Skyward this year...has it been because there have been no sightings or because of the impending ride?

I had a Skyward sighting on Friday, right as I walked through the gate. Worst part was it was almost like he was waiting for me. That's the first time I've seen him since June.

Great list Jo!!!!

You see people you know from school at CP, and they aren't the least bit surprised to see you.

You get calls from people you know saying they went to CP and were shocked that they didn't see you there.

People will randomly call you over asking you to do the spiel for (Insert ride's name here), and applaud if you can do it in only one breath.

You describe the negative g's on an elevator as "dissappointing".

You wear a different CP shirt to school every day for a week and a half straight.

You're shocked to discover that no one knows who Dick Kinzel is.

You pursuade your history teacher to put a countdown till CP opens on the board, and there's sitll 175 days left of off-season (I don't even want to think about that).

Your friends know 10 times more about CP than the average person, but they only visit the park once a year.

Who finally met the infamous Magnum Dan!

You get all the souveniers you can find; even the hotel cups!

You have recreated all of the CP roller coasters in RCT.

Your jaw drops when someone says, "I haven't been there since...the Mantis was new."

So what's better; skydiving or riding in Raptor's front seat?

I see Skyward everytime I go to CP.

Saw him by Gemini, Raptor, getting off MF while I was waiting in line, eating at Midway Market, and even when I went to Soak City I saw him get out of the Wave Pool.
