Y2K Guide T-shirts

I'm considering accepting credit cards this year for Guide to The Point t-shirts. If this payment option was available, would you be more likely to buy one? I'll probably drop the price as well.

For the shirt, I'm thinking dark blue with yellowish text (as you see on this page) with a simple "Guide to The Point" logo on them. Very plain, I know, but keep in mind that I can't do anything that would infringe on CP trademarks.

What do you think?

I think it is a good idea. I know I am more inclined to click and buy when credit card is an option. I've never liked the "print a form, send it in" method. I'm not afraid of using the Internet for commerce. People are impulsive, and given CC as an option, I think more sales will be generated. Besides, sooner or later you're gonna need a merchant account, so you might as well do it now. Then you can start marketing all sorts of "Guide to the PO!NT" products".

I can see it now: Coffee Mugs, Hats, Kazoos and many other fine products. Hey, here's a good one: "The Official Guide to the PO!NT Whirl-n-Hurl Vomit Bag"!

Yes... I'm already covered for checking accounts, vendors license and (ugh) sales tax returns. The problem with the merchant account thing is that it can be so expensive. I don't want to rape you guys for T-shirts, I just want to break even (some day I'll make a dime on this site, if I ever stop reinvesting in it).

"Guid to the Point" on the Front and "Now on the Millennium" on the back. Not that it is any of my concern. I am buying one next year. It wouldn't matter How I paid though.

I'll probably buy one either way (I actually used mine last year). If I were you I wouldn't bust my ass. My guess is that most people who are going to buy will buy. Do what makes the most sense for you.
