Just like to say good job to my cousin for being the only person this year to win the X BOX. It was really neat how almost every game person wanted to talk to him when we were walking to the car to put it away. The games people were so happy for him. So I would to thank all of them for being so happy for him.
Thanks guys and girls.

I know you can win at the ring toss game in the Gemini games area. There may be other locations though, I'm not sure.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
He won at the ring toss game, right across from gemini. About 20 minuts after he won they put up a PS1 or PS2, not sure which one.

They're just trying to unload those things before the Xbox360 comes out. :)

how long did he spend playing ring toss to win the xbox and how much money did it take
He won it on his first bucket of rings which was seven dollars.

Wait.. So he was the first person to win an Xbox this year? Did they just put out the Xboxs at the Ring Toss then?
I won the ring toss last year and all they had was oversized stuffed animals, which I gave away to some Toddler in Sandusky.. (The Mom was Thrilled, the Dad not so...)
Well, whaddya know. There is a Candy Mountain.
The xbox360 is only a half step up from its current platform, the new playstation 3 that is due out in the spring is going to knock the socks off of xbox360.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Exactly what I was thinking. Sorry to say it, but just stick with your Xbox unless you absolutely must have Halo 3. The PS3 domintates this time around in everything.
I might have to try a game or two next time, see how lucky (or skilled) I am.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
Nonsense. Microsoft has a six-month headstart and is releasing before the holidays. History has shown that's how you win. Nobody cares about the hardware specs, they care about the games. And to date all of the PS3 stuff if vaporware that no one has seen. Microsoft knows how to court developers and has the solid launch titles.
Just ask Nintendo what happens the year that you release your console late.

The 360 is going to destroy the PS3. It has the obvious advantage of being released during the holiday season, but I think that it will be the overall better buy in the end. Looking at the sheer volume of games being released, Xbox360 already looks like the heavy favorite.
I wonder if they will be able to break out of just the "gamer" market and advertise the system as a complete entertainment system consolidated into one (sexy streamlined) box. I know that many gamers are in their 30's now, so the target audience keeps growing every year, but I hope they can extend their sales beyond just this core audience. If they could bridge the generation gap and sell them to the 40-50 year olds it would be great for the industry.
It's funny, if you talk to almost any gamer they will express a deep rooted hate for Microsoft, but they then profess their undying love for the Xbox. You have to hand it to them for busting into an industry dominated for so many years by Nintendo and Sony and, establishing such a loyal fanbase over the course of 4 years.

My major gripe with the 360 is backwards compatability. Microsoft has already stated that the 360 will only be compatible with the best games from the Xbox. The PS3, and Revolution, will both be totally backwards compatable, and I mean totally, especially for the Revolution.

Eh.
SNES is good. Very good.

As far as 360 games gos I think Rare’s Perfect Dark Zero (the prequel to the “sequel” of N64’s golden eye) is going to turn a lot of heads. Capcom’s Resident Evil 5 look just flat out real. The Elder Scrolls was shown at E3, and all the RPG dorks drooled over that. Those titles and Halo 3 and quake 4 should be enough to buy a 360.
Besides, Hardware isn’t that much of any issue nowadays. Most games don’t even utilize the hardware to its maximum capability. Halo While Halo 2 is currently often regarded as the most visually stunning game (plus its online multiplayer is more addictive than crack?), I think Resident Evil 4 gave it a run for its money. Yes, capcom, and the system has the least juice (aka GameCube) delivered the most detail and lifelike textures I have ever seen in a game to date
Besides, any true gamer will have all three systems anyway ;).
