The flies are horrible during the summer. Their is usually no TP and the privacy is non existent as contrasted with the smell! My wife told me that the womens facilities looked like someone was murdered on the floor and the payphone rang as I walked back to my car. This rest area seems to be a "meeting place" for those in need of short term same sex "companionship".
In other words if you are driving from Indiana or west of Napolean dont stop there.
Why does Ohio seem to have the worst rest areas? There is one that is just east of Atwerp as well that used to be horrible until they spent 200,000 dollars and kept the pit toilets; go figure!
