Worried if I can ride....

Hello all,
My son & I are headed to CP mid June for his 8th grade graduation present & I'm staring to worry about being able to ride. I know that this has been discussed in the past in the forum, but nothing recently. I have put on some pounds since our last visit (due to an injury). I'm afraid that I might ruin the trip for us. I'm 5'8" 260LBS 41" waist 49" chest . I'm trying like heck to get more in shape before the trek to CP. We live 6 & 1/2 hours away & I would hate to get all the way there to find out I wasted my sons time(& my money). Any info/help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

I'm 5'10 and 240, but this year I couldnt get on the dragster and wicked twister. They kicked me off. Almost the millenium force too.

I'm 5' 9" and just under 240 I was barely able to ride anything Intamin.. I was able too, but those lap belts were tight..
I live right by Kings Island and last year I could barely ride DiamondBack because my weight had gotten out of control. Since the begining of this year I have lost just over 50lbs just so I would be able to get back on the coasters..lol

I'm a 36-38 waist and had no problems on MF. Didn't get a chance to try Dragster this year. I came really close to having to do the walk-of-shame (tm) on Wicked Twister and Mantis though, both rides which I've never had a problem with before, and I've lost weight since our last trip. Not sure if the belts got shorter or what the deal was there.

In Wicked Twister and Mantis I think chest size is very important. I have a 36-38 waist also and I have a decent amount of slack in the Wicked Twister belt.

I'd rather be in my boat with a drink on the rocks,
than in the drink with a boat on the rocks.

Thanks for the input guys. I really do appreciate it. I certainly hope that it isn't a wasted trip.
