I've been having a problem recently where I've been graying out on some roller coasters. It happened to me a little on the Dragon Challenge at Universal Studios and Kraken and Sea Word Orlando. I'm just worried that it's gonna happen to me again like it did last August when I almost blacked out on Millennium.
Anybody experienced this or have any tips to prevent it?
Here is some old conversation on it:

As the bodies largest and strongest muscle group, squeezing the glutes (butt muscles) will help force blood to the head to help avoid grayouts on the first overbanked curve on Millennium Force or other rides.

Hey Keegaan,
I had this experience a few years ago to the point that I had to get taken to the Cedar Point medical center and sit in a dark room for a while. I completely blacked out on Maverick, and then Millennium a little later in the day.
I traced my problem back to a REALLY unbalanced breakfast the morning of going to the park, as well as not drinking nearly enough water.
Make sure you eat plenty of protein and carbs before you go into the park... My normal pre-park breakfast now includes an omelet and toast from the Jolly Donut in Sandusky. I also make sure I drink water instead of pop while I'm there.
Good luck!

Yeah I should probably do this. The last time at CP I greyed out on almost every coaster I went on, but I thought it was because I only got an hour of sleep. I'm going to dunkin' donuts in the morning before I go and I'll probably get like a breakfast sandwich or something so I'm good until we decide to eat in the park.
I gotta disagree about soda not dehydrating... If I'm out in the sun I CAN NOT drink much soda. If I do, I get a ridiculous headache. Sometimes I get a little dizzy or my hands will start to shake and my legs will get weak. I really try to stick to water when out in the sun for long. And believe me, I'm a Mountain Dew & Coca-Cola addict.

Trip = Success!
I went on Millennium (30 minute wait!), Maverick (bout an hour because it broke down), Mine Ride, Measntreak (regret), Gemini, Magnum XL2000, Dragster (45 minute wait - closed because of wind, got right on when it opened again), Valravn (hour and a half), Raptor, Gatekeeper, Rougarou, Iron Dragon, and Blue Streak.
The longest line we had to wait in was Valravn, and that was only an hour and a half.
I only greyed out on the first turn on Millennium, so that was much better than my last trip!
