Windseeker opening set for 2012?

I have heard this may be possible? Due to the trouble with the Windseekers around the country. Anyway this is true?
I read somewhere that the gondolas bumped together and a test dummy fell out at Kind's Island.

Not likely.

And no, they did not bump, and no a test dummy didn't fall out.
