Wind closure question this Friday

I know after doing a search this has been covered quite a bit, but I haven't found much recent info on it. I am planning on making the 4-hour drive to CP and back this Friday. Forecast calls for SSW 16 MPH, gusting to 24. How probable is it that there will be ride closures with these conditions? It looks like most closures happen at sustained 30+, but want to make sure this won't be an issue.

The only things that may be closed would be Sky Ride and Windseeker.
