Will we ever get another B&M?

I have always hoped for a floorless. {Sorry Six Flags haters but I love BKF}. A flyer might be cool as well.
I can see a flyer maybe in three years. But I don't know about a floorless. I personally am not that excited over floorless coasters. I did however like the tunnels on Kraken. Since it seems flyers are becoming more popular especially with the B&M ones around now. CP will probably wait a couple of years. Or if Intamin does one!!!

Depends on riders tastes, the economy and other inovations from other companies in the next two-three years.

The B&M flyer's situation is beginning to look a lot like the B&M inverted's situation almost a decade ago. New ride concept comes out, a Six Flags park is the first to get one, and within a few years it seems like every SF park has a clone of that first one. Of course the "first ones" would be Batman and Superman: UE. And you know what Cedar Point did with B&M's inverted concept... maybe the same thing could be done with the flyer? :) Who knows though.

I can see a B&M flyer coming in. Although I agree that BKF is a great ride, it's greatness has nothing to do with it being a floorless. The floorless concept does not do much for me, but a flyer would be a great new sensation at CP.

Florida may have Disneyworld and Key West,
but Ohio has Cedar Point and Put-In-Bay.
It's great to live in Ohio!

I'm also a fan of B:KF and I think it's the best ride SFWoA has to offer. But if we do get another B&M, I think it would be a flyer since that seems to be more popular these days. SFWoA has a Vekoma flyer but I know B&M could do a better job. And at the Point, the ride has to be bigger and faster than at any SF park.

Of course, what do I know?

I think a B&M flyer seems to be to much like an inverted, is there really any difference in the experience? I too think that sfwoa batman knight flight is the best they have to offer. I'de go for the floorless.

Don't forget about the three coaster contract the park has with B&M. CP is supposed to get one more.

Edit: For those not playing along, this was a joke. There is no contract.

That would explain why CP did both WT and "Dragster", right after each other. So they could get the third B&M soon!:)

Edit: I knew that was a joke Gemini, so I attempted to make a joke as well. I don't think it came out right! I also indicated it by a smile. :)

I have to admit that I love B&M's (well, it's a love/hate with Mantis), and both my husband and I were impressed with Raging Bull, especially the comfortable restraints. Although I have yet to ride a floorless, that would be my choice.

B&M Flyer all the way!!! I figure 2005. 2004 could be our long awaited woodie twister...
Naw I don't see a B&M flyer. I haven't see the Thrust Air 2000, Dive Machine, and wooden coaster by the boardwalk yet. Besides by 2005 we will already be past the Flyer and onto the new B&M 4D Super Duper Groove Machine. Funky

I certainly wouldn't mind a flyer, but really a B&M multi-looper (floorless or not) would make my day and round out their collection, in my mind. Then again, the prospect for another woody is tempting. But I definately think B&M's chances at the Point are extremely good. But I can't imagine we'll get anything in 2004. Then again...
I don't think we will get anything more than a flat in 2004, but it is way to far ahead to tell.

Turkeys, the only animal smarter than man

It would be wise of them to put in a flyer since both parks near them have them now (SFWOA and SFGAM)
Who knows? Just be patient!

Magnum is Red,
Millenium Force is blue.
I love Wicked Twister,
and Raptor too.

I really like B&M Floorless...i dont know why...i just have a strange liking for them.

Welcome to the Magnum XL-200, the coaster featured most on the Discovery Channel.

With CP, Its probably going to be the tallest fastest flyer in the world...and it wouldnt be such a hard record to beat, since most of the flyers are pretty small now.

I think the question isn't if they will get one, but will they get a 4-D if/when they become available again if they have already built a flyer. They do have similar ride feelings, but the 4-D seems so limitless. I hope that Arrow recovers, or that S&S gives them a rebirth.

...Denial is an ugly thing.

I would rather have a B&M floorless than a 4d. 4d's are to unreliable in my book.
