Will CP change the name of "Cedar Downs"?

This past winter, at the Greentree Inn, at the CP entrance, an off-track betting parlor opened. They chose to name it "Cedar Downs". I guess CP didn't have a trademark on that name, did they?
I wonder if there will be a stigma attached to that name, and whether the park will change the name of the attraction.
I wouldn't mind if they renamed it the "Great American Racing Derby". That was its name at its original home, Euclid Beach Park. Also, I think that was the original name of the attraction, per the initial ride manufacterers, Prior and Church of Venice, CA.
Does anyone else have some new name suggestions or thoughts on this subject?
I don't think that there will be any type of stigma attached to the name, simply because CP used it first. I like the name personally, and think it won't change.

Thank you for riding Raptor and enjoy your day here at Cedar Point, America's RollerCoast!
I don't see Cedar Point changing the name of it either. If it's gone by the name "Cedar Downs Racing Derby" for the past ? years it's been there, i don't think they will ruin it's reputation and change names

Please wait till the ride comes to a complete
stop!
I hope they keep it because that name is like a tradition. KEEP IT!
