We are going to get Platinum Passes next year and are considering adding the all season dining plan. We are hoping to visit King's Island and I'm wondering if the dining pass will work there.

Yes, a Platinum dining plan costs a bit more and works at all CF parks. A Regular Cedar Point dining plan only works at Cedar Point. If you're getting a Platinum Pass, your only choice on dining will be the Platinum dining I believe.
