According to Screamscape, WildCat is now re-open. Cedar Point's website also says that it is re-open.
It's been open for a while I think. It was open when I was there Sunday.

An inverted coaster is like a ski lift gone haywire!!
I am glad to hear this, wildcat is one of my favorites. The final turns at
the end and the sudden stop are excellent.
We were there this Sun-Thurs and rode it 3 or 4 times. It was opened off and on through the week.
It was our favorite small coaster for sure.

The "Today in the Park" page says nothing is closed, but the Wildcat page says that it will not be open today.
