Wicked Twister, Then and Now

When Wicked Twister was first unveiled and before any rides took place what were your impressions of the ride?

When it was first announced I was very dissapointed with the ride. I felt that it would be just a marketing knock on Superman Ultimate Escape. But as construction continued, I saw the severity of the twists really improve, and a much better setting rather than on a side of a rode. When I got my first ride, I basically took everything I learned from Superman and threw it out the window. I still think both coasters are awesome, but Wicked Twister big ups it in the intensity and feeling of speed department. Overall I think Wicked Twister today is a good ride, and I have totaled a measly 15 or so rides. I guess I'm just hitting on down days, because it's been down 3 of my 7 visits. The only thing I hope Intamin can improve is maybe add a larger seat in the middle to save the embarrasement of not being able to ride. That's my two cents on how WT turned out. (I know this topic is a little late lol but I didn't see one yet)

Its only been running a month....but i didn't get the best impressions about it....the big factor is the down time....its been down more then its been running. and who knows how long its gonna be down.

Give it time, like you said, it's only been running for about a month. There were bound to be some problems, there usually is with new rides.
