Wicked Twister gets topped off

Wicked Twister's reverse tower just got topped off with the last piece of track around 2:08 today. They are pretty much done with the track now I am guessing. They probably just have to finish the station, electric, landscaping, queue lines, and whatever else I am not thinking of.
Sorry everyone, Wicked Twister just got untopped at 2:24. I don't know why either!

*Edit- I think maybe they were just getting ready so they brought it up to see if it fitted properly or something like that and they brought it back down.   ?

Well, it's a good indication that they are extremely close to finishing the visible track and support structure.... They might still have to run sensor lines up there or somthing.

If it was topped off and brought down, my guess it that it might be for a ceremony or something. Usually when something is topped off there is a little ceremony to go with it. Heck, I was told that their was times they would top a building to make sure everything is good to go, then bring it down and then have a ceremony or something and top it off "officially".

If that's the case... I wish I was there right now!

If that's the case, I can see them waiting until tomorrow to officially top it off:  Partly Cloudy and highs in the mid 50's!!

I was just guessing that they are waiting till tomorrow since they usually do construction in the morning and not at this time of the day. I wish I didn't have school tomorrow!

It may have never been connected. If the section doesn't hang right from the crane, it can apparently be difficult to get the sections to line up right so they can be bolted together.
