Who's house?

Does anyone know who lives in the big house on the far right of the parking lot as you drive into the c.p. lot?There are a few house's over there.One thing i would buy if i were Bill Gates.

Mr. Kinzel the CEO of Cedar Fair Limited Partnership lives there.

The CEO lives there? Is it a big house? I know you can get to Cedar Point by way of a residential street with lots of houses on the left. Wonder if Cedar Point would ever think about buying those up? They are really nice homes.

It wouldn't be cheap ... I know one had an asking price of $800,000 a few years back. I'm sure most are much more.

The Red Cross has a Chausee house tour each year (or maybe even twice a year). When we went, the Kinzel's home was on the tour. I'm not sure when the next one will be, but some of the homes are fantastic.
