I was there Sunday night, monday and Tuesday. Yesterday lines were kind of long in the morning but tapered off near the end of the day. In the morning Raptor was about an hour & 15 minutes but went down to 30 minutes by 4:00pm. MF was a good hour or so. Overall not too bad

Sorry but that would be... the lines weren't bad at all... I think... I didn't see dragsters wait go ABOVE 1 hour all day.
Your spelling has been driving me crazy, and knowing people on this board, im suprised that they havent said anything yet.

I go about the same time every year (2nd-3rd week of July) so I probably only see the same length of lines. Most of the time i've only had Raptor be about 45minutes. That and there was a decent sized line for Power Tower, which has always been a near walk on for me.
Lines on Sunday night were amazing though. Got through MF at no longer than half an hour. TTD was about 40 minutes if I remember correctly.

I was there for the afternoon and early evening of the 18th. We waited 1 hour 5 minutes for Dragster, but fifteen minutes of that was due to a breakdown or rider-caused delay (I couldn't tell, since we hadn't hit the ramp yet). Millenium Force was a 40-minute wait, Magnum 15.
I was with my schmo brother-in-law who didn't want to ride much beyond the big boys, so that's about all we rode. Skyhawk's sign said a 45-minute wait, but it looked like about 30.
The train sure seems to be even more popular these days. ;)

I was there on the 17th and 18th with my Girlfriend. The lines on monday evening (we had starlight tickets) were awesome. We walked onto Raptor, Meanstreak, Mantis, and Iron Dragon. Although strangly the line for TTD was huge, I think due to a long downtime.
The 18th wasn't as good but still reasonble. With about an hour wait at most rides.
Thanks for the info. I was asking this because I'm going to CP this Tuesday for the first time in 6 years.

I was there on Tuesday the 18th and Wed the 19th and the park was crowded both days. However, if you went to ride the TTD at just the right time, the wait was only about an hour. As much as I think the MF is a great ride, the wait is just not worth it, IMO, if it's more than an hour. We never had more than a 10-15 minute wait for XL.
Can anyone explain why they only had one train going on Raptor as busy as it was? We did bother to wait in line for that.
BTW, I thought about putting my picture from the TTD as my avatar, but ... nah Nobody takes a good pic on that ride - ha ha.

We must have been in the same line, Mike. Was it around 3:00?
I agree that the train just holds things up. What a pain!

CP - Insanity, what a coincidence. I did go to Cedar Point on the 18th. It was also my first time visiting the park in six years. It was a beautiful day weather wise and lines were not bad on most rides. 15 minutes to half hour was the norm. TTD had a 1 hour line when I looked. I didn't ever look to see how long the line for MF was. Sky Hawk said that it had a fourty five minute wait, so I didn't get in line for it. There were too many other great rides with shorter lines.
...and enjoy the rest of your day at Cedar Point, The Am-aaaa-zement park!
Tammy,
We must have visited different parks. Raptor was running 3 trains everytime I saw. If it was down to 1 train operation, it mustn't have been for long.
The wait for Millennium Force was under 30-40 minutes most of the time I was there on Tuesday and Wednesday. I never saw it above an hour.
For a day smack dab in the middle of summer, it wasn't bad crowd wise.
I guess we just have different opinions on what is crowded (Although, I thought I was the one who didn't like crowds and went the first week of May to avoid them)
